Ultimate Tire always takes good care of me. I’ve hit more curbs than I’d like to admit, but every time I bring my car in they fix it up with no hassle. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and they just make the whole process easy. Definitely a place I trust!!

Friendly Service & Low Prices. And put everything back in the truck cleanly and properly. Very pleased with my first experience at Ultimate Tire & Brakes on Sherwood Forest Blvd.

This is going to sound really mixed, but keep in mind that I actually had a very great experience. I think that my dealership back home messed me up and unlimited tire did their best with what I had. Pros: really clean (especially for a shop) , knowledgeable, nice, polite, fair pricing(I didn't receive a charge just for checking it but I overheard other customer amounts and I was impressed.), the bathroom was clean minus missing paper towels, the location was convenient to where I needed to be. Seems to be trustworthy, accepts a lot of different payments, the guys in the back NEVER STOPPED. they were constantly going. Great customer service. They were polite to others on the phone, COLD. the a/c WORKS. Cons: buuusssyy, long wait, the parking/getting in and out was complicated. Maybe because of traffic or how busy they were, but there was congestion in the parking lot and drive. SITUATION: So, new car from a dealership where I live.. Second time in two weeks that the same tire has lost more than 8-10psi while traveling. Overnight. After a work event, I saw Unlimited Tire & Brakes across the street and came over hoping for a quick fix/replacement before driving 3.5-4 hours home.
